I’m trying not to push myself into overload, but I can’t help but tell myself that I could do better. It sucks, but in real life you can’t always pat yourself on the back for trying your best - sometimes you need to kick yourself to do better. I’m not a perfectionist; but mediocrity doesn’t sit well with me either. At the end of the day, if you want something you have to just do it, because trying isn’t the same thing.
